In January 1982, the Real Estate and Development arm of the Group, Tony Walker Construction Realty Limited  was formed. The company’s motto is “Combining Quality Service with Quality Buildings.”

The company bears the name of it’s founder (Anthony Walker)  was  involved in real estate sales since 1968.  Over these years he markets and sells real estate. TWCR has been involved in a number of housing developments such as Leitham Townhouses (Shortwood Road), Palomino Townhouses (Waterworks),  Mi Casita Apartments, a twenty-two unit, two bedroom, Mediterranean styled apartment complex located on Surbiton Road Kingston and most recently 74 detached units Casita on Deanery Road, Kingston.  As well as commercial properties.  We are always seeking to improve the quality of lives for many Jamaicans; hence, the new developments that are COMING SOON.
